Vicki Suiter, President & CEO

For the past twenty years, Vicki has been helping clients and audiences build more profitable and successful organizations. She is dynamic and energetic with a straightforward style.

Clients often say that, while the conversations with Vicki are not always 'fun', they are always glad they had them! She is honest and direct in her style and approach, yet, compassionate and kind. She offers practical tools and systems that are easy to grasp and can be used immediately - making it easy for clients to see changes in their business quickly.

"My goal, whether working one-on-one or in front of a room, is to help business owners and manager get in touch with their dreams and desires for their business / work, and help them navigate the path of getting from where they are to where they want to be. This includes finding ways to have more fun in work, and more time to enjoy life."

Vicki earned her bachelor of science degree in business and finance from Dominican University in San Rafael, California. She has over two decades of experience as a financial management professional; is a certified business coach and trainer, and has her master certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Lisa has over two decades of experience in working with companies to streamline office systems and processes. Her extensive background in bookkeeping and accounting and as a systems administration, provide an invaluable asset to our company and Suiter Financial Systems clients.

Dortha has a tremendous amount of energy and passion for helping businesses reach their target market goals. She is dependable and trustworthy and provides an invaluable service to Suiter Financial Systems in managing speaking engagements and follow-up.
