What gets measured gets done! Having accurate and reliable feedback - whether financial or with the people we work with - IS the key to freedom. When you can see it - you can do something about it. Our mission is to provide people with the tools to manage their business and staff with their eyes wide open! We give them the tools to 'set the gauge' and then learn how to read it's measures.

Message from Vicki

My grandparents immigrated to America from Italy in the late 1920’s in search of the American Dream: wealth, work they love, freedom and choices. My grandfather traveled between Italy and the United States for more than four years  as he established a job, a residence and US citizenship.  At the end of four years, he sent for my grandmother.

It sounds so simple now: come to America.  But that act was fraught with challenges.  My grandmother had to say goodbye to her own mother, knowing they would never see each other again.  She left her hometown, her friends and her surroundings that had supported her all her life.  

We all have these stories in our background.  And we have heard what it took to get to this country.  For my grandmother, coming to American necessitated traveling for two weeks in steerage, with only primitive sanitation, three restless babies and one very resentful pre-teen.  Once she landed, she faced a country where she didn’t know the language or the customs – she was a beginner in this new life. 

I see a strong correlation between the courage shown by my grandparents all those years ago and the courage of my clients.  Starting and maintaining a business takes courage, the same courage it takes to really pursue the American Dream. Pursuing the dream also requires being a beginner, working through a territory of business ownership that is foreign, and may include not knowing the “language” of success or the customs of business ownership.

My mission is to support business owners so they can fulfill their dreams.  I help you to build a thriving business that supports all the aspects you desire in your own American Dream.  This is how I make a difference and honor my grandparents’ memory.

Vicki Suiter, President & CEO

For more than two decades, National Speaker, Business Consultant and Coach Vicki Suiter has been helping clients increase profits and cash flow, and build more sustainably successful companies. Having worked with hundreds of contractors and designers over the past 20 years, Vicki understands the unique challenges facing this industry.  Her work includes building solid systems and structures on which these companies could grow.  Services include strategic planning, financial projection models / setup, employee accountability structures, as well as feedback systems for managing results.  

Clients often say that, while the conversations with Vicki are not always 'fun', they are always glad they had them! She is honest and direct in her style and approach, yet, compassionate and kind. She offers practical tools and systems that are easy to grasp and can be used immediately - making it easy for clients and audiences to see changes in their business quickly.
Vicki is actively involved in the contracting and design industry and has presented all over the US on topics ranging from building stronger profits to changing company culture She is keenly aware of the unique challenges these businesses face and has real-world experience in helping them overcome those challenges. She is a published author and CEU approved speaker for several organizations, including ASID, IDS, NARI and NKBA.   Vicki has articles in publications such as Construction Pro’s Magazine; SF Chronicle; Reeves Journal; CLCA and ASA Newsletters.  In addition to the business writing, she is also the co-author of the cookbook – “Mangia!...I Love You” focusing on the sharing of love, and connecting families and communities through food. 

Vicki’s involvement in the contracting community includes serving for over six year on the executive team for North Bay NARI, including being president in 2010.  In 2011 she was the recipient of the NARI National Chapter President of the Year Award.

Vicki earned a degree in business and finance from Dominican University, and she is a certified business coach and trainer and a master certified NLP Practitioner.  Prior to starting her own business in 1990 she was the controller of a nationwide training company and was a commercial lending officer for seven years prior to that with a national bank.
