This award is presented to a local chapter president who has demonstrated outstanding leadership capability in the broad range of service to his or her chapter during his or her term of service.

The award recognizes Suiter for her leadership ability in strategic planning, for having created financial stability for her chapter and for focusing the board on key measures to succeed as a trade association. Her expertise in financial planning and analysis was invaluable in helping her chapter become the fastest growing chapter in the country in 2009.
